Overview
The Livestock, Dairy, and Poultry Outlook for July 2022 analyzes economic impacts of month-to-month changes in USDA’s World Agricultural Supply and Use Estimates Report on domestic and international markets for beef, pork, lamb, poultry, eggs, and dairy products. The Livestock, Dairy, and Poultry Outlook for July 2022 includes a Special Article titled, “Retail Beef Price Inflation Expected To Continue Following Input Price Hikes.”
Errata: On August 16, 2022, the Livestock, Dairy and Poultry Outlook: July 2022, was reposted to correct the June 2022 average wholesale price of chicken wings. Text references, intertemporal comparisons and the poultry section figure titled “Chicken wing wholesale prices and cold storage stocks at the end of the month, Jan 2021-Jun 2022” were modified to reflect the correct price. No other numbers or tables were affected by this error.
