U.S. Food Commodity Consumption Broken Down by Demographics, 1994-2008

ERS researchers used national food intake survey data and USDA's Food Intakes Converted to Retail Commodities Databases to break down Loss-Adjusted Food Availability data for 63 commodities by consumers' age, gender, income, race/ethnicity, and education.
