Sugar and Sweeteners Yearbook Tables

ERS analysts track U.S. and international sugar and sweetener production, consumption, and trade. They also monitor and analyze U.S. sweetener policy and events that affect the domestic, Mexican, and other international sweetener markets.

Notes: On April 4, 2022, Tables 46, 47, and 48 were combined into one file: “U.S. honey production and trade.”

On March 4, 2022, Tables 2, 3a, 3b, 4, 5, 5a, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 31a, 31b, 54, and 55 were combined into one file: “World, U.S., and Mexican sugar and corn sweetener prices.”

On March 16, 2022:

  • Tables 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20a, 20b, 21, and 22 were combined into one file: “U.S. sugar crop production and sugar production, deliveries, and stocks”;
  • Tables 23a to 23i were combined with Table 57, which was renamed “Table 57–U.S. raw sugar tariff-rate quotas, entries, and shortfall, by month and fiscal year, since fiscal year 1982”;
  • Tables 24a, 24b, and 56 were combined into one file: “U.S. and Mexican fiscal year supply and use of sugar and high-fructose corn syrup”;
  • Table 25 now includes monthly estimates of U.S. sugar supply and use and was renamed “Table 25–Monthly estimates of U.S. sugar supply and use, since fiscal year 2003”;
  • Table 26 was replaced with monthly estimates of Mexican sugar supply and use and was renamed: “Table 26–Monthly estimates of Mexican sugar supply and use, since fiscal year 2003”;
  • Tables 27, 28, 29, 30, 37, and 38 were combined into one file: "U.S. corn sweetener supply and use”;
  • Tables 32, 33, 34a, 34b, 35a, 35b, and 36 were combined into one file: “Corn sweetener trade”;
  • Tables 49, 50, 51, 52, and 53 were combined into one file: "U.S. consumption of caloric sweeteners”; and
  • Tables 60a and 60b were combined into one file: “Table 60–U.S. imports of sugar from Mexico, by port, monthly and fiscal year, since fiscal year 2011.”
