ERS publishes the International Food Security Assessment every year to provide current estimates and 10-year projections of food security measures for 76 low- and middle-income countries that are current or former food aid recipients. In this webinar, ERS Economists Felix Baquedano and Yacob Zereyesus discuss the drivers of changes in food security measures.
The 2021 report also analyzes the combined impact of lower incomes and price shocks associated with the lingering effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic on present and future food security. Read the International Food Security Assessment, 2021–31 here.
