John Horowitz

While at ERS, John Horowitz's research focused on the economics of climate change, with special emphasis on the costs of agricultural greenhouse gas reduction. 

Education

John received a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego, in 1988. He received a B.S. in Forestry from Washington State University in 1982 and an M.A. in Agricultural Economics, also from Washington State University, in 1983.
