Elizabeth LarimoreAgricultural Economist
Elizabeth (Liz) Larimore is an Agricultural Economist in the Food Assistance Branch of the Food Economics Division. Elizabeth works extensively with the data from the National Household Food Acquisition and Purchase Survey (FoodAPS), and she is also involved in planning the second round of FoodAPS (FoodAPS-2). Her current research examines food shopping and spending behaviors in relation to measures of food access.
Prior to joining ERS in May of 2016, Elizabeth worked for two years as an analyst in the Quantitative Economics and Statistics (QUEST) group of Ernst & Young (EY). While at EY, Elizabeth worked on economic impact reports, web-based surveys, and statistical sampling.
Elizabeth received her B.S. degree in economics and political science from Syracuse University in 2014.
