Briefly

Andrew Rosenberg is a research agricultural economist in the Conservation and Environment Branch of the Resource and Rural Economics Division. His research focuses on water resources management and conservation policy. He is particularly interested in how policies can be designed to cost-effectively obtain environmental benefits. Past and ongoing work has used empirical analysis to evaluate policies for managing groundwater and urban stormwater. Ongoing work focuses on working lands programs and water quality management in agriculture.

Education

Andrew earned a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of Maryland.
