The Livestock, Dairy, & Poultry Outlook describes events and outlook based on projections from USDA's World Agricultural Supply and Use Estimates report for beef, pork, poultry, and dairy production and trade. Errata: On July 27, the second sentence on page 5 of the July 2015 Livestock, Dairy, and Poultry Outlook newsletter was corrected to read, "Third-quarter 2015 beef production is forecast to reach 6.250 billion pounds, approximately 1 percent higher than a year ago. Fourth-quarter production is expected to be 6.025 billion pounds, about even with fourth-quarter 2014." This corrects for the use of "million" earlier.
