The annual ERS International Food Security Assessment is the only USDA report to provide a 10-year projection of food security indicators for 77 low- and middle-income countries. This report presents results from ERS’s International Food Security Assessment (IFSA) analysis. IFSA is a demand-driven framework, which utilizes information on domestic prices and consumer responsiveness to changes in prices and incomes for 77 low- and middle-income countries.
