	Farm Income Forecast Down (Nov. 24, 2009) Net farm income is forecast down from 2008, as crop and livestock prices have continued to decline and export demand has weakened. ERS provides a comprehensive forecast of earnings and expenses across commodities and regions.

	Household Food Security, 2008 (Nov. 16, 2009) Most U.S. households are food secure (consistent access to adequate food). But the prevalence of food insecurity in 2008, at 14.6 percent, was up from 11.1 percent in 2007, the highest observed since initiation of food security surveys in 1995.
