U.S. FOOD EXPENDITURES
These tables contain data on U.S. food expenditures and related series.
They are prepared in ERS utilizing mehthodology which is described in three
reports: Developing an Integrated Information System for the Food Sector,
AER-575; Data for Food Demand Analysis, AER-613; and Major Statistical Series
of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Consumption and Utilization of
Agricultural Products, AH-671, Vol. 5.
