to tables 5 and 6 for all individuals. This age group needs to consume
food rich in dairy products (2.1 servings of dairy products per
1,000 calories). At-home foods provide only 0.71 servings of dairy
products per 1,000 calories. Away-from-home foods are less rich
in dairy products than at-home foods.
