Vegetable and Melon Trade Tables

We have begun the process of automating and standardizing our import and export tables for vegetables and melons. Our goal is to make current and historic trade data available on a monthly basis. See the Data by Commodity page in the newly released Vegetables and Melons Data for import and export data by commodity. A work in progress, the data set presently offers U.S. trade, producer and retail price indexes, and a few retail prices. Eventually, it will encompass (and extend) all the time series data currently contained in the Vegetables and Melons Yearbook and in our individual commodity data sets. We will keep you posted as new variables (e.g., acreage and production) are added.
