Spend the summer as an Economist, Economics Assistant, Computer Clerk/Assistant, or Information Technology Specialist in Washington, D.C. and put your skills to work in your own field! Interns at the Economic Research Service (ERS) work on a variety of projects, from assessing the production impacts of direct government payments to farmers, to compiling a global demographics database for use in modeling global food demand, to improving the agency’s internet and intranet websites.

Competitive salary based on education and experience through the Federal General Schedule (GS) pay system .

- Downtown Washington, D.C. location with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation.
