Special note to users of data on Arkansas—We have found that
Census data on the main HUD mortgage program contains outliers suggesting
significantly overstated amounts for some Arkansas counties. We
have corrected the Arkansas counties using data from HUD.
In addition, the data for Leflore County Mississippi, signficantly
overstated its receipts from USDA Commodity Loans and Purchases
(Defficiency Payments). We have corrected this using data from USDA.
