The data are available to download as
worksheet files. The specific format used here is a Lotus wk1 file.
This format can be loaded directly by nearly any spreadsheet software
you may be using. You simply do a one-time association of the wk1
extension with the spreadsheet software of your choice; and from
that point forward, your browser will automatically call the software
and display the worksheet whenever you click on Submit or a link.
At your convenience, you can then view and/or save the worksheet
to your computer's hard drive or to a removable disc. If you need

If the data fields appear filled with asterisks
(*) or pound signs (#), increase the width of the column.
The required column width varies with the spreadsheet software you
are using and choice of font type and size.
