Sugar and Sweeteners: Market Outlook

Contents

ERS contributes to both short- and long-run sugar and sweetener market outlook activities. Working with personnel from USDA's World Agricultural Outlook Board (WAOB), Farm Services Agency (FSA), and Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS), ERS analysts contribute to monthly estimates of sugar supply, use, and ending stocks that are reported in WAOB's monthly World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates (WASDE) report.

Sugar and Sweeteners Outlook is published three times a year and contains timely data on production, deliveries, stockholding, and prices of U.S., Mexican, and world sweeteners. Recurring features include analyses of developments in U.S. and Mexican sugar markets and in the U.S. high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) market.
