Patrick Sullivan is Deputy Director for Communication for ERS's Resource and Rural Economics Division. His research concerns the interaction between the farm sector and the rural economy, with a particular focus on the role of Federal programs and policies. Background
Before assuming his current position, Pat served for many years as chief of the Rural Business and Development Policy Branch, overseeing research on a wide range of issues dealing with credit, taxes, and development policy. Education
